RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Lead a small team to handle all HR activities related to recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, as well as compliance
• Develop talent sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end staffing process, include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding 
• Conduct pay surveys and benchmarking analysis on total rewards to ensure a competitive and cost-effective compensation strategy 
• Manage payroll & benefits administration, and tax reporting
• Provide regular HR related analysis and report, such as manpower planning, staff costing, etc  
• Develop, review and implement policies and guidelines to ensure the Company's compliance with regulations
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff
• Participate in ad hoc or assigned project/task

REQUIREMENTS: -

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial position gained from sizable companies in dynamic and fast-moving industry, prefer Technology and Telecom
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with good problem-solving skills
• Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities
• Meticulous with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered for Human Resources Manager
