Job Specifications
Degree in Finance, Human Resources and Business Analytics or related discipline, 5 years of related working experience. Candidate with less experience could be considered for Assistant Manager role.
Proven experience in people analytics, data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
Experience with HR software and data analysis tools. Workday experience is a plus.
Proficient in conveying ideas professionally and clearly to various levels of stakeholders.
Self-motivated with good communications and interpersonal skills,
Proactive to enhance existing workflow and system.
