Our client is a stable US MNC, due to their ongoing expansion and talent strategy, they are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and immediately available HR professional to join their HR team.

The HR Manager/HRBP will serve as a strategic partner and primary liaison between business leaders, managers, and employees, proactively guiding talent management initiatives, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a stable, seasoned HR professional capable of handling end-to-end talent management processes, HR advisory, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives within a global corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including developing hiring strategies, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee workforce planning and succession planning processes to ensure talent pipeline readiness.
  • Manage talent assessments, career development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, delivering HR advisory and solutions tailored to business objectives and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and department heads to support organizational change and growth initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture-building.
  • Guide managers and employees on performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, appraisals, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, performance issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, coaching, and counseling to ensure optimal employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Build employer branding initiatives internally and externally, ensuring alignment with corporate values and culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in an HR Manager or HRBP role, preferably within a multinational or US-headquartered organization.
  • Demonstrated stability and progressive career growth in previous HR roles.
  • Expertise in talent management, HR advisory, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to proactively manage HR priorities in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
