Responsibilities

• Participate in fitting out, renovation, maintenance and repair projects
• Conduct on-site building inspections and condition surveys
• Assist in preparing reports and tender documents
• Assist in building plan submissions to the Buildings and Fire Services Departments
• Conduct on-site building inspections
• Supervise the defects rectification
• Preparing reports and defect checklists to the client

Requirements

• Higher Certificate or above in Building Studies or related discipline
• With 10 years’ relevant experience in A&A and handover works
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attentive to detail, and able to meet tight timelines
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
