You will work as a 12 months’ fixed term contractor with our partnered vendor to support Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL).

Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for leading the end to end project initiatives with the broader supply chain team to implement system changes, process improvements and outsource identified tasks. Key tasks include but not limited to:

  • Cross functionality team management and stakeholder engagement
  • Establishing a Reporting framework
  • Comprehend the clients’ existing processes and transition them towards enhanced future state solutions.
  • Facilitate process mapping to establish a baseline, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for process improvement.
  • Act as an intermediary between Business and Functional areas and technology, ensuring that business requirements pertaining to data governance are clearly articulated, communicated, and well understood.
  • Review ISO documents and coordinate with both internal teams and external parties for follow-ups.
  • Oversee EMS’s inventory count, coordinate meetings with EMS for workflow discussions, liaise with the auditing company for inventory verification, and compile a summary post inventory count.
  • Take responsibility for generating KPI reports, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within the system.
  • Provide support for daily operations, including follow-ups for KPI meetings, data maintenance, and execution of other ad-hoc tasks.

We’re Looking For Someone With

  • Strong knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Business Analysis.
  • Practical experience in implementing large-scale enterprise data management protocols and calculating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in Business Analytics Tools such as Microsoft Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query) and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights: adept at processing large volumes of data, extracting meaningful information, and presenting it in a compelling narrative.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities complemented by logical thinking.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and effective task management strategies.
  • Systematic approach with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of achieving milestones while concurrently working towards multiple deadlines.
