Job Responsibilities
Develop Standardized Solution Bundles:
Create and maintain bundle packages of third-party SaaS solutions (e.g., POS, loyalty systems, accounting software) integrated with KPay’s payment solutions.
Translate merchant needs into scalable use cases and update bundles based on feedback and market trends.
Training And Knowledge Transfer
Convert partner product knowledge into easy-to-understand training materials for BDs.
Conduct regular training sessions to update BDs on new partner products, market trends, and solution use cases.
Sales Support And Solution Expertise
Join sales meetings to provide expert support and help close deals involving bundle solution needs.
Equip BDs with the knowledge to confidently address merchant questions.
Job Requirements
Experience in selling or enabling SaaS products (e.g., POS, loyalty systems, accounting software).
Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver effective training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with the SME market is a plus.
