Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting and analyzing industry market information, including competitor dynamics and customer demand trends.
• Actively search for and explore potential customer projects and conduct effective customer development.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, deeply understand customer needs and provide professional solutions.
• Responsible for sales negotiation with customers and strive for favorable contract terms.
• Track the contract fulfillment and deal with possible problems in a timely manner.
• Manage and develop sales team members to improve overall team performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree from 985/211 institutions is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in AI arithmetic and modeling services.
• Good market insight and analytical ability, able to accurately grasp the market dynamics.
• Experience in IT industry solutions or experience in government, finance, healthcare, education, internet and other industries is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of AI arithmetic and modeling service domains.
• Proficient sales negotiation skills.
• Strong customer development ability and market expansion ability.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
• Strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility and execution.
