Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reply to merchants via Whatsapp and record all inquiries (Technical support, Examine, Inquiry application progress, etc.)
  • Identifying customer needs, finding solutions to problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist compliance with risk control and chargeback investigations

Requirements

  • Higher diploma with at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong team spirit and willing to take up challenges and multi-task effectively
  • Able to handle work independently and fast-paced work environment
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
