Our client is a leading international private equity firm founded by experienced investors in Asia. They are seeking a dedicated IT professional to lead the overall security management and technical solutions for our company's IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement the company's overall security management solutions, including but not
limited to data center management, network security management, endpoint management, data backup strategies, BCP strategies, and management of basic equipment (printers, access control, cameras, IP phones).
Develop, implement, and manage the technical solutions for the company's IT infrastructure (data centers, racks, networks, firewalls, databases, servers, operating systems, virtualization, storage, middleware, monitoring), ensuring normal operation, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
Establish and implement the company's VPN strategy, including configuring, maintaining, and monitoring all VPN connections, devices, and services to ensure secure and efficient remote access.
Conduct regular inspections of data centers, endpoint devices, and basic equipment (printers, access control, cameras, IP phones) across various locations (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore), provide inspection reports, and suggest improvements.
Monitor all company networks and IT equipment to ensure availability of the network and infrastructure, while also monitoring for external attacks and abnormal employee behavior.
Manage and optimize IT resources, including budget control, excellent vendor relationship management, procurement, and contract negotiations.
Participate in team management, coordinate internal operations teams, and manage external vendors.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Network
Engineering, or related fields; over 2 years of IT infrastructure operations experience, with a preference for experience in the financial industry.
Familiarity with TCP/IP network theories, computer architecture principles, and communication principles.
Preferred certifications: CCIE, HCIE, CISP.
Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, and Microsoft platform system management (AD, Exchange Server, Windows).
Experience with hybrid cloud environments, with a preference for AWS.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented and highly responsible.
