Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Director in overall office management, Company P&L, cost and expenditures.   
• Work closely with Managing Director to develop strategic business plans that aligned to Company’s visions and objectives.
• Execute the short-term and long-term business plans from the view of business acumen and decisional maker, regularly review the effectiveness of the executions.
• Provide effective solutions and guidance to facilitate and fulfill the business plans and key performance indicators.
• Assist Managing Director in managing various functional departments, including merchandising, technical and quality, empower and motivate associates to achieve company business plans and goals.
• Lead functional managers in building and growing client’s relationship.
• Build and foster a competitive team by selection, coaching, development, motivation, and retention, proactively support the re-structuring, staffing engagement for optimizing the talent capacity.
• Uphold the core value and ethical culture of the Company through operation and management.
• Assist Managing Director to organize and develop any other ad hoc activities.

Qualifications

• University degree or above in Business, Management, Merchandising, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Over 12 years’ experience in supply chain, with 8 years at senior managerial level.
• Flexibility, adaptability to face challenges in a dynamic / growing organization.
• Strong leadership, able to inspire and interact with all levels of people.  
• Excellent business sense, result-oriented, client-focus and uphold fairness, high integrity.
• Proficiency in the English, Mandarin is essential.
• Station in Shenzhen office.
• Occasional travels within China and overseas.
