1. 職責
a)管理行政文件及記錄存放
b)牌照申請及續期
c)租務合約及核對收租記錄
d)負責清潔員日常工作事務
e)負責訂購及管理所有文儀用品、制服、清潔用品等公司物資
f)與大廈管理處聯絡及跟進事宜
2. 要求
a)懂得電腦基本運作(Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point等)
b)中英文良好,流利廣東話
c)能獨立處理日常工作
d)持行政管理證書或相關證書者優先
