Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clerical support, general administrative duties, including documents preparation, filing and record update
• Supportive role to day-to-day leasing and asset management of a commercial properties
• To monitor contractors work and manage daily property operations including cleaning and security team
• To assist the rental and management fee collection procedures
• Handle tenants’ enquiries and requests

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• Relevant working experience in Leasing Management or Property Management will be an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
