Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer located in Hong Kong SAR. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for general administration tasks, communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing administrative assistance in project adminstratuon, ensuring excellent / positive working attithde, and utilizing strong organization skills in daily operations.


Qualifications

  • General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills.
  • Strong Organization Skills.
  • Previous experience in fitting out and construction field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluent in English / Chinese.
