Collaborate with HR team and management to understand business needs and challenges
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Support onboarding and off boarding processes for new and departing employees
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
Help in resolving employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing training and development programs
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role is preferred
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
