We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as PI Manager. Reporting to the Head of Ongoing Monitoring, this contract position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Incorporations Services and its’ growth.


Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and implementation of PI testing procedures and methodologies, including coordinating the advanced planning of PI testing with relationship managers.

• Responsible for, where appropriate, for managing the conversion of PI relationships to direct client relationships, liaising directly with the relevant relationship managers and Periodic Review Lead(s).

• Responsible for documenting the outcomes of PI testing in accordance with the GI Compliance Reliance Policies.

• Responsible for escalating failures of testing to the Head of Ongoing Monitoring

• Working with the Periodic Review Team Lead on PI to direct client conversions

• Point of escalation for day to day PI queries

• Responsible for escalating any system/process issues flagged by teams to the Head of Ongoing Monitoring


Key requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience within TCSPs or other relevant industry, specifically in AML and CDD

• A sound understanding of the clients, services, people, processes and data associated with the relevant component

• Experience of working with business systems and applications in a financial/professional services organisation

• Professional fluency in written and oral English
