岗位职责:

• 編制公司及子公司的月度財務報告;
• 協助及與前台部門溝通，提供適當專業幫助，包括討論新的基金設立/日常處理等等；
• 協助管理債/永續債等相關事項，包括發行，存續期管理，兌付兌息回售，償債帳戶管理等；
• 與貸款銀行對接處理所有貸款相關的事項並協助管理流動性、杠杆率等事項;
• 處理收取分紅事項;
• 編制流動性及壓力測試報告;
• 協助做好集團資金系統報送等事項;
• 協助準備年度預算報告;
• 根據管理層和集團要求準備財務分析和管理報告;
• 協助準備中期報告和年度報告;
• 完成管理層分配的其他工作。

岗位要求:

• 本科或以上學歷，財務會計或相關專業優先；
• 至少4年會計和/或審計工作經驗；
• 有審計經驗者優先;
• 持有香港會計師公會或其他專業會計機構認可的資格優先；
• 能獨立完成管理報告和分析工作；
• 熟悉香港財務報告準則和稅務； 瞭解內地會計準則者優先；
• 較強的分析和解決問題的能力；
• 較強的人際交往和溝通能力；
• 勤奮、注重細節、能夠承受工作壓力;
• 具備香港及內地稅務知識或相關經驗者優先;
• 優秀的英語和中文口語和書面表達能力。必須有中文寫作能力;
• 熟悉Hyperion和/或金蝶者優先。
