Join our Central Executive Group, which comprises the offices of the CEO, Deputy CEO, and regional leadership. Based in Singapore you will be working directly with the CEO of Asia and 11 country leads in the Asia region.

What role will you play?

You will play a key role to develop and drive strategic and cross-divisional collaboration initiatives in the Asia region. You will support the development of key client and stakeholder relationships and be responsible for monitoring and analysing the performance and operations of the Asia platform, providing regular regional updates to Head Office in Sydney, including the Board and Management Committees. In addition, you will be responsible for change and improvement projects related to the areas of collaboration, risk and reputation and diversity and inclusion.

What You Offer

  • 2-5 years’ experience in consulting or investment banking as well as in-depth knowledge of the financial sector, including an understanding of investment banking, asset management and commodity businesses
  • Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and confident in presenting your point of view
  • Experience in managing change programs with numerous stakeholders
  • Experience of dealing with highly confidential price sensitive information appropriately
  • Very high level of attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting or Economics.
