The Job

• Client: Property Developers
• Position: 1) Inspector of Works - Building, 2) Inspector of Works - E&M
• Responsibilities: On site inspection of building or E&M fit-out works, report on defects and quality discrepancies from specifications to ensure quality standard.
• $30-40K+. Medical. Bonus.

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in Building Studies / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 8-12 years works inspection experience gained from either building or E&M fit-out projects
• Relevant experience for commercial / retail properties highly preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication
• Good command of Chinese and English
