Work you'll do

  • Responsible for handling The Law Society of Hong Kong compliance matters and documentation
  • Manage the operations functions include but not limited to procurement, vendor management, records storage and travel management
  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions to ensure all relevant matters are set up appropriately
  • Liaise and support lawyers and/or with clients on various billing, accounts receivable support enquiries

We are looking for someone with

  • University graduate with 5 years or above of office management related experience in international law firm
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills
  • Strong writing, research and analytical
