About the Role

Our client, a reputable virtual bank, is looking for a Credit Officer to support their growing Loan and Credit Operations team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring smooth banking operations, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Process new loan applications, verify documents, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Manage the onboarding process for SME accounts , ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
• Assist in the development of new loan products and the enhancement of existing services to improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and global custodians to facilitate seamless operations.
• Maintain and enhance internal control procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and update reports, including TU reports, MCRA reports, proposals, and presentations .
• Conduct site inspections when required.
• Provide support to other teams as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of banking experience in loan or credit approval .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese .
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for junior positions .
