Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Manage all front of house operational matters for a small portfolio of outlets
  • Work in partnership with back of house team and counterpart
  • Formulate & implement strategies for the outlets to maximise performance and achieve goals
  • Manpower planning and other operational cost controls.   Motivate and continuously improve front of house staff’s performance
  • Ensure we consistently maintain and deliver the optimal customer experience
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standard, and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Enforce the Group’s policies and procedures at all times
  • Manage landlord (leasing and property management) relationships
  • Project management for new outlets and refurbishment of existing outlets and reinstatement

Requirements

  • University Degree or Higher Diploma in related disciplines
  • 10 years relevant experience in Restaurant and Hospitality industry, at least 5 years in multiple outlets operations management
  • Outgoing and approachable personality with an open mind, good communication skills and creativity
  • Proactive, driven, attention to detail and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent supervisory and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PC operation
