Role Purpose:

As a Assistant Key Account Manager - Online Business, you will be responsible for developing, managing and operating a new B2C eShop.

A typical day in the Role:

  • Assist to develop a brand new B2C eShop
  • Manage and operate the own eShop and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop & execute the eShop sales and promotion strategy
  • Collaborate closely with IT Team to ensure timely execution of web updates and UAT
  • Work with marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales
  • Source and liaise with suppliers to optimize product listings on eShop
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to assist in decision-making
  • Participant in out-of-office sales and promotion events
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisors

Success will depend on:

  • Degree holder in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or FMCG industry
  • Energetic, result-oriented, ambitious, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-mined, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in eCommerce platforms.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Executive – Online Business
