Client Details

Our client seeking a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager with expertise in luxury beauty or retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, people management, store operation & stock management. This role requires a retail management background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting clients and internal teams.

Description

• Direct report to Retail Manager in Hong Kong Retail team.
• Drive sales performance and store P&L to consistently achieve overall sales budget goals.
• Work with different parties to ensure the business initiatives are updated, including Marketing (Product, CRM, PR Marketing), Training, and Retail team.
• Analyse store monthly business performance including competitor performance and propose business strategies to achieve sales and KPIs
• Manage store hiring process with HR and Training team, from recruitment, selection, onboarding to training management to ensure for recruitment needs and upgrade overall store capability.
• Manage and resolve customer's feedback in order to build strong relationship with new and loyalty customers.
• Ensure store stocks level could meet the standard and the merchandising guidelines are followed company requirements.

Profile

• Strong background in Retail, Beauty FMCG, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in store operations or retail management
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial and have proven track record in driving sales and profitability despite business challenges
• Passionate in Fashion, Beauty, or Retail Industry.
