Purpose of Position

• The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be accountable for the overall project success by driving the overall project end-to-end cycle, from approach to implementation.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for project launch, ensuring all steps are clearly documented for consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and quality before project launch.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with product owners and facilitate the transition to launch.
• Provide administrative support for project execution, such as scheduling meetings, tracking status updates.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required to support business needs.

Requirement

• University degree or above in Business Management, Information Management, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in project coordination or a related role (fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome).
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good command of spoken and written skills in English & Cantonese.
