Human Resources Officer / Assistant Human Resources Officer (Mass Recruitment)
Provide end-to-end HR services including job posting, interview and on-boarding arrangement;
Liaise with hiring managers on the recruitment needs;
Plan and execute mass recruitment by exploring potential recruitment channels;
Arrange regular recruitment activities such as job fairs and recruitment day;
Responsible for vendors handling and communicate with operations on vendors’ requirements;
Prepare regular HR manpower reports;
Responsible for staff record maintenance;
Assist in special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
4 to 5 years' related working experience in Human Resources in sizable organization, candidate with mass recruitment experience will be a plus;
Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), data analysis and Chinese word processing;
Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese:
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
