Position : Managing Director

Being the head of the company, the successful incumbent will take charge of the daily management of all functions of the business. He/she will plan and lead the subordinates to set up and implement the policies and strategies to achieve the company’s targets.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• More than 10 years of sound experience in fixed income areas of investment and finance industry, mainly focusing on China credit in both the onshore and offshore markets
• Well familiar with debt financing, credit rating analysis and capable of making sound investment decisions
• Proven experience in managing corporate bond financing and bond issuance,   private equity fund asset allocation, fund raising project management
• Knowledgeable in various industries including infrastructure, mining and real estate
• Excellent networks and relationships with both the clients and other business partners and government bodies in the PRC;
• Master Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and influencing skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
