Position : Director - Corporate Branding and Design

The successful candidate will be responsible for building up and maintaining the corporate image of the Group. He/she will develop overall design concepts for activations and campaigns through events, promotions & advertising etc. to improve the Group’s brand and image.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• Master Degree in brand/design/marketing;
• At least 20 years of solid experience in design roles, including at least 4 years of solid experience in branding and design, taking senior managerial positions;
• Hands on experience in building up and maintaining the corporate image and improving public perception of the company;
• Solid experience in revamping the corporate website, launching projects on corporate identity, digital marketing, etc.;
• Solid experience in developing overall design concepts for activities and campaigns through events, promotions & advertising etc.;
• In-depth knowledge and experience in creation on brand guidelines and visual identity;
• Knowledge in traditional & modern interior property design and culture in the PRC;
• Possess a good network and excellent relationships with vendors, business partners and government bodies in the PRC;
• Excellent management and leadership abilities;
• Native in Mandarin.
