Position : Director, Financial Institutions Sales Fixed Income

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various resources, developing and maintaining customers of fixed income products, sales, inquiry and pricing of primary markets, as well as following up the development of bond market.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• Master Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines, studied in both the PRC and overseas is preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of sales and fund management experience in the financial industry in the PRC;
• Solid working experience in financial services covering Chinese institutional clients such as banks, trusts, funds, insurance, securities, etc.;
• Possess a good network and excellent relationships with the potential clients and industry counterparts in the PRC;
• Good understanding of the market situation, statutory requirements and procedures, business practices in the PRC;
• Strong communication and relationship building skills to understand clients’ needs and provide product information in a timely manner;
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Native in Mandarin with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
