Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• Responsible for the market development and the implementation of overseas bond issuance projects such as Chinese offshore USD bond issuance projects
• Providing specialized services such as conducting overseas debt financing scheme, conducting market analysis and selecting proper issuance timing for issuers closely based on domestic and foreign macroeconomic changes, monetary policy changes, and the trends of bond market, exchange rate and derivatives market;
• Responsible for the work related to the underwriting of company's fixed income products (overseas bonds, etc.), including market analysis, organization and management of underwriting syndicates, organization and management of sales group, inquiry of price, roadshow conducting, booking, pricing and distribution, etc.
• Coordinating various relationships related to projects, including relationships with issuers, investors, intermediaries, project teams and other parties.
   

Position Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Business /Marketing/ Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development, underwriting and implementation of bond issuance projects such as corporate bonds, exchangeable bonds and debt financing plans in the PRC
• Well familiar with the domestic and foreign macroeconomic changes, monetary policy changes, and the trends of bond market, exchange rate and derivatives market
• Proven experience in successfully leading large scale bond issuance projects
• Possess a good network and excellent relationships with the all the business counterparts, especially in the PRC
• Native in Mandarin with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
