Position : General Manager of Research

The candidate will report to the Director and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the research department in Hong Kong including overall research plan and coordinate with other departments to provide the relevant research and analysis reports.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• Master Degree holder in finance or relevant disciplines & CFA holder
• More than 8 years of sound experience with excellent knowledge in management of research and analysis in capital markets;
• Well familiar with the finance markets in the PRC and HK, good knowledge of the PRC property market is highly preferred;
• Established solid network and relationship in the financial industry in the PRC and Hong Kong market;
• Excellent in analytical thinking with strong investment and capital management sense; and Top-tier communication and presentation skills required
• Strong communication, leadership and general management skills with business acumen
