Position : Managing Director – Financial Institutions Sales

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the sales of offshore US dollar bonds in domestic market and establish the sales management system, as well as collecting and integrating information from investors, providing suggestions for debt capital market department on deal sourcing and for FICC department on product development.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following combination of finance and administrative knowledge and relevant experience:

• Bachelor Degree holder in finance, business administration or relevant disciplines;
• Experience taking senior management position is preferred;
• Knowledge of offshore US dollar bonds is a must;
• Knowledge of deal sourcing for debt capital market and product development for Fixed Income Currencies & Commodities (FICC);
• Well familiar with the finance markets in the PRC, good knowledge of the PRC policies and regulations are highly preferred;
• Established solid network and relationship with the relevant government bodies and business counterparts in the PRC;
• Strong communication, leadership and general management skills with business acumen.
