A Well Established Corporate Bank is looking for a Manager with solid working experience to join their Syndicated Loan Agency and Services.


Your new role

• Handle day-to-day loan administration and credit documentation related operations process.
• Execute the role of loan agent according to the agreements of syndication loan and club deals, including agency task of loan/facility, in a timely, accurate and effective manner
• Check on the related legal and collateral documents and ensuring all terms and conditions as well as security arrangement are properly documented according to the credit approval
• Review credit proposal on the different credit terms, pre-and-post credit condition and responsible for the compilation & delivery of the facility letter to the clients
• Follow up the provision of the various condition subsequence (of credit) from the front line
• Prepare periodic credit reports for management & Head Office review
• Respond to questions from FO and compliance w.r.t the various client status inquiry on need basis

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 6 years of relevant working experience with corporate loan documentation and Syndicated Loan Agency;
• Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
• Solid experience in corporate loan in syndication loan;
• Experience of non-standard loan documentation.
