Our client, a Global leading Professional consulting Engineering firm, is now looking for an experienced ERP Migration and Change Manager to join their team to focus on Digital Transformation.


Your new role

Reporting to the Head of ERP, you will be working as a Change Manager to ensuring the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies by driving change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and facilitating smooth transitions across the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to the Asia rollout.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for the project Design and build large-scale data hub solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt new systems and processes.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of the changes on various business units and roles.
  • Work closely with project teams, including technical consultants, functional analysts, and business SMEs, to ensure alignment between technical and change management activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reinforce change adoption and ensure sustained use of new systems and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have over 7 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in large-scale ERP or HCM implementations. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Relevant certifications in change management
