• The largest multinational retail company which provides health and beauty products is looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer for their IT team.

Your new role

• Create and manage the observability tools.
• Collaborate closely with the infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and application owner teams to make sure the tools cover the important platforms and applications and can quickly pinpoint the possible root causes and trouble spots during incidents
• Assist in developing dashboards and alerts to satisfy the needs of application owners
• Examine the mission-critical apps' Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
• Observability training and mentoring for application users

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of similar discipline, or an equivalent mix of coursework and professional experience in SRE or DevOps
• Proficiency in providing observability tools
• Familiarity with observability frameworks such as OpenTelemetry
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python and Java; and knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript
