Job Description:
As the Senior Director of HRIS, you will be responsible for leading the strategic design, development, and implementation of a state-of-the-art Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tailored to our company's unique needs. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the HRIS, enhancing our HR operations and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of a custom HRIS system, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, HR, IT, and other departments to understand and address their specific needs.
• Oversee the design and implementation of user-friendly interfaces and workflows for HR processes.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the HRIS team and other stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and improve the HRIS to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in HRIS development and implementation, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages and database management.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, and work collaboratively with senior leadership.
