Responsibilities:

• Apply finance knowledge and execute hedging strategies to mitigate risks in commodity trading activities, ensuring optimal financial outcomes.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of all aspects of physical trade, including logistics, Quality Premiums (QP), and other relevant factors.
• Analyze and comprehend all details of a trading Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, assessing associated risks and implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Showcase a proven track record or positive feedback from the market, highlighting successful trading ventures and effective risk mitigation.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an eagerness to learn, high motivation, and self-driven qualities.
• Familiarity with products and related markets, particularly in metal, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience Native/ nearly native level of Chinese
• Extensive experience in physical commodity trading; Exposure with copper, sulfur, and cobalt will be a plus
• In-depth knowledge of hedging execution and strategies.
• Proficient understanding of logistics, QP, Premiums, and other key aspects of physical trade.
• Proven ability to analyze and manage trading P&L and associated risks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
