Role Description

We are seeking an inspiring future leader passionate about creating and delivering impactful programs for the social sector. Join us as the Assistant Program Manager for the IGNITE program, our flagship leadership development initiative for C-suite and senior NGO leaders in Hong Kong. In this role, you will report directly to the Program Director and take charge of all aspects of the program, including end-to-end execution and curriculum development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management : Oversee the seamless execution of program activities.
  • NGO Recruitment & Community Building : Engage with and recruit non-profit organizations.
  • Financial Reporting : Manage budgets and provide financial oversight.
  • Speaker & Volunteer Engagement : Collaborate with inspiring speakers and dedicated volunteers.
  • Administrative Support : Handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management and coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Open-minded and willing to go the extra mile
  • Outstanding problem-solving and synthesis abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Nonprofit Management)
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
  • Candidates with training and curriculum development background are strongly encouraged to apply
