Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

  • Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including attraction, sourcing (job platforms, recruitment events, headhunting), screening, coordinating/conducting interviews, and finalizing hiring (offers & contracts).
  • Craft a memorable onboarding experience for new team members, encompassing orientation, social integration, and administrative support.
  • Oversee Talent Pool, Recruitment Tracker, and Market Research Report.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to oversee the company’s LinkedIn account and generate content.

Communication & Team Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain communication channels between team members and HR.
  • Content creation responsibilities in both English and Chinese.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, and assist in implementing recognition programs.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in developing training materials and provide administrative support.
  • Lead performance appraisals and team member surveys.

Others:

  • Proactively explore innovative methods to enhance current HR operations, automate procedures, and reduce administrative workload.
  • Execute special HR projects and offer necessary administrative assistance.
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • 4-10 years of robust HR experience (startup experience preferred).
  • People-oriented, open-minded, tech-savvy, and creative.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, capable of automating procedures using formulas and links.
  • Basic design skills to create content using PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Thorough understanding of HK Labor Ordinances and HR-related compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS is advantageous.
