II. Market Insights and Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities in global and regional food markets.
Collect, analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to evaluate product performance and track market trends. Present findings to inform decision-making, refine marketing strategies, and guide product development.
III. Marketing
Devise and implement promotional strategies customized to the unique features of each food commodity.
Assist in organizing trade shows, tastings, product demos, and other promotional events to showcase the quality and variety of food products.
Manage ad hoc projects with other teams to achieve business goals.
IV. Branding and Content Creation
Create compelling product descriptions, visuals, and short videos that accurately communicate the quality, origin, and value of food commodities.
Collaborate with the creative team on marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content to maintain consistent branding.
V. Customer Engagement and Feedback Utilization
Monitor customer feedback and optimize online product presentations to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
Gather feedback on product quality and availability, and escalate insights for continuous product improvement and generation of new product ideas.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in food trading, distribution, or related industries is advantageous.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic design tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Capable of balancing multiple projects while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Flexible to travel to Mainland China or overseas as required for supplier visits, trade shows, and market research.
