Our client is a family office focused on primary market investment in the region. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support for the family assets.

Your New Role

• Provide expert guidance on corporate and commercial matters, including M&A and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents.
• Lead cross-border transactions and work with external counsel.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise management on legal risks and business strategies.
• Develop policies for legal risk management and governance

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licenced to practice law in Hong Kong.
• Strong expertise in corporate transactions, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of complex legal structures, including trusts, foundations, and special purpose vehicles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
