We are currently looking for talent to join us as Finance Manager.

As the Finance Manager, you will/have to:-

• Prepare consolidated financial and management reporting packages in accordance with HK GAAP and IFRS
• Monitor cash flow, client money, FRR and other regulatory requirements under the SFO
• Assist in budget, interim and annual report preparation
• Liaise with external/internal parties on audit and tax matters
• Liaise with Bankers and other professionals e.g. Lawyers
• Review internal controls and implement work process improvement
• Perform ad-hoc accounting projects where necessary

It would be wonderful if you are/have:-

• Degree or above in Accounting or Finance, qualified accountant under ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent accreditation
• Minimum 5 years of solid accounting/auditing experience
• Experience in listed company is a must
• Attention to details, strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills, with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Possess excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
