1. 负责项目各部门的招聘全流程，包括发布招聘信息到Web3社区、协调跟进面试等
2. 从开发者社区/Discord等渠道挖掘潜在候选人，整理、更新候选人履历，维护Web3人才数据库
3. 负责处理员工入职、离职手续，管理员工账号及人事档案
4. 调研Web3项目人力政策，如薪酬结构、福利创新案例等

1. Responsible for the whole recruitment process of each department of the project, including publishing recruitment information to the Web3 community, coordinating and following up interviews, etc
2. Mined potential candidates from developer community /Discord and other channels, collated and updated candidates' resumes, and maintained Web3 talent database
3. Responsible for handling employee entry and departure procedures, managing employee accounts and personnel files
4. Investigate the manpower policies of the Web3 project, such as salary structure and welfare innovation cases

1. 1年或以上HR执行经验（可接受传统行业转型，有Web3从业经验者优先）
2. 对Web3行业有基础认知，理解行业专业术语
3. 熟悉各类境外社交媒体，熟练使用在线协作工具
4. 学习力优先，对创业公司抱有热情

1. 1 year or above HR executive experience (traditional industry transformation is acceptable, Web3 experience is preferred)
2. Have basic knowledge of the Web3 industry and understand industry terms
3. Familiar with all kinds of overseas social media and skilled use of online collaboration tools
4. Learning ability is a priority and enthusiasm for startups
