Job Responsibilities:

• Handle overseas arbitration, litigation, and other dispute resolution related to the business.
• Deal with inquiries, investigations, and complaints from overseas regulatory agencies.
• Draft, review and revise day-to-day business contracts, provide risk assessments and legal consultation opinions to support business growth.
• In charge of negotiations and legal document reviews related to overseas matters.
• Complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, Juris Doctor/LLM preferred, HK Bar admission (or equivalent in jurisdiction) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in overseas legal affairs, familiar with laws and regulations related to company operations and foreign litigation procedure, HK arbitration experience preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Excellent English skills, able to handle legal matters using legal English.
• Strong personal character and professional ethics, strictly abides by relevant laws and regulations, capable of fulfilling duties loyally.
