We are looking for an experienced project manager to join the dynamic team and help our client elevate their projects to the next level.

The Role:

As the Project Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is realized. You will develop and manage project timelines, coordinate and oversee on-site event logistics, and manage all aspects of production, decoration, and multimedia operations, working closely with internal and external vendors. Collaboration with the creative, multimedia, and operations teams is essential to deliver exceptional event experiences. You will also monitor project budgets, maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of event production, decoration, and multimedia content creation, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

The Person:

• 3+ years of experience in event management especially in event decoration and production.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing timelines, logistics, and multimedia elements.
• Strong network and connections with digital and multimedia vendors in the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Project Manager.
