We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing, branding, and communication initiatives for First Digital (FDUSD & FDT). This role is responsible for driving growth campaigns, managing brand presence, and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to enhance engagement with institutional crypto and fintech audiences across Asia.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and public relations, with experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services. They should be highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with teams such as Business Development, Operations, and Product to ensure consistent messaging and impactful marketing execution.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and implement GTM campaigns that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer engagement.
- Manage external agencies, including PR firms, designers, and event planners, to ensure high-quality marketing outputs.
- Oversee the development of marketing content, including social media, website updates, blogs, and email campaigns.
Brand & Communications Management
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms, including digital, print, and events.
- Craft compelling messaging and content to engage institutional clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and executive thought leadership.
Campaign Management & Performance Analysis
- Manage the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns (paid ads, SEO, social media, email, conferences, etc.).
- Utilize data analytics and marketing attribution models to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Track and report key marketing KPIs to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Product teams to support business objectives.
- Align marketing efforts with commercial strategies, ensuring seamless communication across all touch points.
- Support event planning and execution, including participation in industry conferences and trade shows.
What You’ll Bring to First Digital:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or brand management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong experience in multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital marketing, PR, content marketing, and events.
- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing metrics, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messaging.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
