Celadon Partners Internship Program

Celadons Partners employs a special situations toolkit to capture asymmetric returns, and takes a patient, long term view of industrywide shifts in the industrial, healthcare, consumer and business services sectors.


The interns will be working in an exciting and fast-paced environment where they will directly work with seasoned and senior investment professionals and will gain full exposure to the investment deal cycle – research, sourcing, screening, analysis, diligence and investment. Interns are expected to make significant contributions at Celadon Partners, which may include hands-on live deal execution.


Responsibilities – Interns will support senior investment professionals in identifying, analyzing and monitoring investments:

  • Research and analyze information about the market/industry to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions. Assist senior investment team members to develop investment thesis and identify opportunities. Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries
  • Act as integral part of the investment team supporting deal execution and portfolio management
  • Support the team in drafting investment memos, transaction & valuation models and presentations


Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in Bachelor or Master degree program
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting and strong financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Passion about understanding how companies operate and creating value for investors
  • Excellent command of both English and at least one other language
  • Deep understanding of any specific industry areas (healthcare, computer science, data analytics)
  • Computer proficiency, especially familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ; familiarity with coding/scripting is a plus


Start date: Spring / Summer 2025; on-site 3-month paid internship program (can be full-time or part-time)
