Manage and grow a portfolio of Hong Kong and PRC clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and fostering long-term relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, financial requirements, and risk appetite
Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to clients, including loans, credit facilities, cash management, trade finance, treasury solutions, and other relevant financial products
Prepare and present credit proposals, including financial analysis and risk assessment
Manage credit risk and ensure compliance with policy and regulations by providing insights on credit stress tests
Achieve assigned revenue targets, business growth objectives, and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management
Sales-driven with strong communication and analytical skills
Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
