- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum 8 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with business stakeholders at all levels
- Mature, responsible, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

- Manage full spectrum of HR functions covering talent acquisitions, compensation & benefits, employee relations
- Manage daily HR operations and deliver high quality HR services and support to key stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to business unit managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage administrative functions for office, including budget management, vendor management, travel arrangements, workplace management, asset management, and procurement
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements
