Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Hong Kong market focus)
About Us
We are a global supplier of aesthetic medicine products, including dermal fillers, threads, hyaluronic acid injectables, and more. Our key clients are distributors, wholesalers, and large clinic chains operating in the aesthetic medicine and beauty industry. As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us identify and connect with potential partners across Hong Kong and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients in Hong Kong: distributors, wholesalers, and networks of aesthetic clinics.
Use Google, LinkedIn, industry directories, and other platforms to source leads.
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, messengers, and phone calls.
Initiate first contact, introduce our company, and qualify potential clients.
Set up meetings with our sales manager and ensure the lead attends the scheduled call.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, ensuring all contact history and lead details are up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR roles (preferably B2B) is a plus.
Knowledge of the aesthetic medicine or beauty industry is beneficial but not required.
Strong research and information-gathering skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in Chinese and English is required.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and process-driven.
Proactive mindset — you actively seek ways to improve outreach effectiveness.
