Responsibilities:
· Promote premium landmark food products to Hong Kong and international markets.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop sales channels including but not limited to restaurants, hotels, retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and penetrate the trading market.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Drive the development of e - commerce business, including optimizing online platforms, enhancing user experience, and promoting food products through digital channels.
· Organize diverse marketing activities, such as food tasting events, themed promotions, and collaborative campaigns, to stimulate sales growth.
· Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to help improving our product offerings.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/ Business or related disciplines.
· Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the catering or food trading sector.
· Having extensive customer resources within the local and international market is a must.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills and 5Strong business acumen and the ability to drive results.
· Self - motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
· Flexible and able to work under pressure, able to handle multiple projects efficiently and in an orderly manner.
· Willing to travel to the Mainland or overseas when necessary.
· Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin is a must) and English both in writing and oral communication.
